What began in 1989 with a young businessman and his first own vehicles is now a powerful partner for special and large-capacity transports throughout Europe: TLH Group.

With entrepreneurial courage and a clear focus, Matthias Hauke built and continuously developed the company. The decisive milestone: the founding of TLH GmbH & Co. KG in 2003 – together with the subsidiary TLH transport and logistics sro in Teplice, Czech Republic.

Since then, the name TLH stands for tailor-made transport solutions, highest reliability and active customer partnership.
Our strengths? Fast response, flexibility, and an experienced team that sees challenges as opportunities.

In Germany, Matthias Hauke personally run the business – with a team that lives performance.

Responsible in the Czech Republic Josef Necas with his team the operational success on site.

A particular concern for us is the Training young talents – especially in the area of professional drivers. For almost two decades, we have been investing specifically in the next generation of logistics.
